EL ÁRBOL

El árbol que verdece
a cada primavera,
no es más feliz que yo,
de nuevo verdiflor.
Las amarillas hojas
cayeron, y en mi tronco
vuelven los novios trémulos
a entrelazar sus cifras,
y hay corazones fijos
por flechas traspasados,
vivos en esa muerte.
Cuando digo «te amo»,
mi voz repite el viento
y en mi alta copa juega
con tu nombre y un pájaro
hijo de abril y marzo.
